I work with businesses that have a problem with getting social media work for them. What I do is deliver instructor-led training and consultancy, so they can use social media more efficiently and effectively themselves.

This is done through bespoke, in-house training, open courses, webinars, and consultancy, and covers strategy, content creation, customer service, building communities, and measuring success.

Over the last 17 years, my training has taken me across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, to business big and small, and in the private, public, and not-for-profit sector.

In 2005, Pearson’s published my first business book “New Business, Next Steps: The All-in-one Guide to Managing, Marketing and Growing Your Small Business

Finally, my volunteer work includes hosting and MC’ing local and charity events, including the Kick Cancer Charity Ball, Picnic in the Park, and many, many others. Plus, I am the Chairman of St Ives Rangers FC, a grassroots football club consisting of over 40 teams collectively working with more than 500 children.
